1. Services Provided V's Mobile Pressure Washing LLC offers professional pressure washing and detailing services for both residential and commercial properties. Services may include but are not limited to exterior pressure washing, driveway and sidewalk cleaning, house washing, deck cleaning, and vehicle detailing.

 

 

2. Service Availability The Company provides mobile services, meaning we come to your location to perform the work. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline or reschedule services at our discretion, especially in cases of severe weather conditions, hazardous situations, or other factors beyond our control.

 

 

3. Client Responsibilities a. The client is responsible for providing clear and safe access to all areas to be cleaned. Any obstruction, such as vehicles, debris, or pets, should be removed before the scheduled appointment. b. The client should ensure that the area to be cleaned is free from any valuables or fragile items. The Company is not responsible for any damages to personal property. c. It is the client's responsibility to notify the Company of any special requests or concerns before the service is performed.

 

4. Payment Terms a. Payments for services are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. b. We accept Cash, Debit/Credit cards, and online payments. c. Late payments may incur additional charges, including but not limited to late fees or collection costs.

 

 

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling a. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee may apply if less notice is given. b. If a service is rescheduled, we will do our best to accommodate the new date and time, but the Company is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by changes.

 

 

6. Liability a. The Company takes great care to avoid damage while performing services. However, due to the nature of pressure washing and detailing, we cannot be held responsible for damages to surfaces that are already deteriorated or weakened before the service. b. The client agrees to release the Company from any liability related to damages to surfaces that cannot withstand high-pressure cleaning or detailing, including but not limited to paint, coatings, or structural integrity of surfaces. c. The Company is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages caused by improper use or malfunction of equipment or tools once the service is completed.

 

 

7. Guarantee a. V's Mobile Pressure Washing LLC offers a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work to address any concerns or perform the service again at no additional charge. b. This guarantee applies only to services that were performed according to the terms outlined in this agreement.

 

 

8. Privacy and Data Protection a. V's Mobile Pressure Washing LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data provided by the client will be used solely for the purposes of providing the services requested and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

 

 

9. Amendments to Terms The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website or other communication channels.

 

 

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Carolina and any disputes arising under or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kershaw County.
