Refund Policy - the basics

1. No Refunds on Completed Services

 

V’s Mobile Pressure Washing LLC strives to provide the highest quality service. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued once a service has been completed. If you are dissatisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address any concerns and find a suitable resolution.

 

2. Deposit Policy

 

A $25.00 deposit is required to secure an appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least five (5) days in advance, your deposit can be refunded or applied to a future service. If cancellation occurs within five (5) days of the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be non-refundable.

 

3. Service Cancellation & Rescheduling

 

Customers must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least five (5) days before the service date to qualify for a deposit refund.

 

Rescheduling requests made within five (5) days of the appointment may require a new deposit.

 

In cases of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, V’s Mobile Pressure Washing LLC may reschedule services at no penalty to the customer.

 

 

4. Refunds for Overpayments

 

If a customer accidentally overpays for a service, the excess amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days after verification of the payment.

 

5. Refund Exceptions

 

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

 

If V’s Mobile Pressure Washing LLC is unable to fulfill the service due to operational issues and a reschedule is not feasible.

 

If an appointment is canceled by the Company and the customer does not wish to reschedule.
